50-Minute Individual Therapy
In-Person or Virtual ($180 per session)

This is the standard session length for individual therapy and includes:

Intake Session Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your goals for therapy. We’ll review relevant history, discuss my approach, and determine what the path forward looks like working together.

Ongoing Sessions Regular sessions provide a consistent space for growth and reflection. Whether you’re seeking shorter-term support for a specific issue or longer-term therapeutic work, 50-minute sessions offer a balanced framework for meaningful progress.

50-Minute Couples/ Dyadic Therapy

For couples, friends, or two family members looking to heal or strengthen their relationship.

  • Understanding and breaking unhelpful relational cycles
  • Healing ruptures and rebuilding trust
  • Navigating life transitions or major decisions together
  • Addressing specific conflicts or ongoing tensions

50-Minute Family Counselling Session
In-Person or Virtual ($190 per session)

OCD, Anxiety & Phobia Support: I primarily offer family counselling and psychoeducational sessions specifically for folks supporting a loved one with OCD/ anxiety through treatment (such as Exposure and Response Prevention/ERP protocols). The focus here is on skill-building, reducing family accommodations, and alignment in supporting your loved one’s progress.

General Family Support: If you are interested in a family counselling session for other concerns, please reach out directly so we can discuss whether it is something I am able to support.

70-Minute Extended Session
In-Person or Virtual ($220 per session)

When additional time is required, extended sessions provide additional space for:

  • Complex trauma processing
  • Experiential therapeutic work
  • Specific in-vivo exposures (for Exposure and Response Prevention)
